Vuba takes the stage: Exhibiting at Grand Designs Live
For five full days, Grand Designs Live 2023 witnessed an extraordinary showcase of Vuba's Revolutionary system. Our Vuba stand was jam-packed, and we were blown away by the immense amount of interest.
The event definitely proved to be a platform where Vuba stood out, capturing the attention of a diverse and enthusiastic audience. Many of whom had already heard of Vuba, especially those seeking landscaping inspiration. A large number of exhibitors were there to gather information to convey to their architects, who were adding to the exciting renovation plans for their dream homes.
Hard working team members, Amelia and Milly, represented Vuba at the show. Here you can see them awaiting visitors with their smiling faces.
Choosing something more unique and decorative than the typical block paving or concrete seems like a much higher-end and correct choice to make. After all, when you have a remarkable home, a must-have is a luxurious entrance to welcome you and your guests every day.
Positive feedback on Vuba's permeable attributes and its potential for flood prevention was definitely a common occurrence. In true Vuba style, it felt wrong not to flood the stand's base with Vuba's revolutionary resin-bound system. We wanted people to experience firsthand what this felt like underneath their feet! The installation featured borders and patterns, which was a real hit and helped people visualize what this would look like on a larger area.
It was a real pleasure to be asked by the show's organizers if Vuba Resin could be featured in 'The House of Grand Ideas' show home. This is the main attraction and talking point of the exhibition, located at the entrance of the hall. It's unmissable and you can't afford to miss it - everyone visits here. The transformative power of Vuba resin was on full display, with our exclusive color blend 'Bastille' in a carport are (see image below).
You can get a closer look of Bastille being installed here on TikTok. We installed a pathway leading to the front entrance of the showroom in our NEW 'Spanish Quartz,' and another section of the front garden area we chose to flood with 'Ipanema Beach.' Visitors would check out the inspiring showroom and become intrigued, then search for us to find out more about our system. As we envisioned, the idea of our mini VuBeamer was an interactive talking point. We had this idea to symbolize that Vuba's resin-bound system is suitable for driveways. Of course, this became the children's favorite, creating laughter and smiles as they took a spin. It provided a touch of playfulness amidst the serious business of Vuba innovation. We featured a some smooth rides in the VuBeamer on our Instagram reel.

The samples table was a hit among our visitors, who were highly impressed by the extensive range of color blends available with Vuba. The samples reminded people of flapjacks and rice cakes, but we warned them they'd chip a tooth if they took a bite! At its core, Grand Designs Live 2023 had a real focus on sustainability, a theme that perfectly aligned with Vuba's mission.
Our presence at the show was not just a representation of our products but a commitment to a sustainable future. This marks only the beginning of Vuba's journey towards greater sustainability, and that future is looking bright! We participate in trade shows like these, aiming to raise awareness about the Resin Bound industry and educate a wider audience. Our dedicated team is hugely passionate and does this perfectly at the shows. If you'd like to hear more about our experience at this exhibition, the Vuba team members involved have shared their experience on LinkedIn.
Our next stop is FutureScapes, ExCeL in London, and our team is hard at work preparing for this exciting event. If you're planning to attend, please make sure to drop by and say hello!
